Shopify integration
Your shops and your Shopify store run on one stock. RetailFlow is the master: products, pictures, prices and stock go to Shopify automatically, and every online order comes back to be confirmed, packed and delivered.
Connect
Settings → Shopify: enter your store address and app credentials, choose what to sync — products, prices, stock, orders.
Products go online
New products are created in Shopify as drafts with picture, description, colours and sizes, SKU and barcode.
Prices and stock in real time
Every 30 seconds changed prices (with the promotion price and the normal price as “compare at”) and stock levels are pushed — stock is sent as the exact figure, so nothing is counted twice.
Orders come in
Every 10 seconds new and changed Shopify orders arrive with full customer, address, shipping and payment details.
Customer confirmation
The customer confirms the order by WhatsApp or e-mail with a one-time code; the order is assigned to the nearest shop.
Pack, book, deliver
The shop packs, the courier is booked automatically, tracking goes to Shopify and the customer, and COD is settled on the courier ledger.
